Swimming is a lifelong skill that requires repetition. The Nitro program is a foundational process where we build a swimmer one skill at a time.  The skills build upon each other, and the result is a happy, confident, and competent swimmer.

The Nitro swim program is dynamic, as kids can advance through multiple skills during their 30 minute class. The built-in flexibility is needed to ensure proper movement up the skills ladder. Every instructor is professionally trained to teach each skill. The kids respond very well to our team who deliver the Nitro program day in and day out. One of the many advantages to building our swimmers one skill at a time is that everyone gets the instruction they need. Some swimmers may require a little additional care and time before advancing.  Flexibility in teacher assignments is paramount to the success of our Nitro program.

Our instructors are trained to” teach to the group” so even though your child isn’t swimming for a solid 30 minutes they are being included to learn through observation, answering questions, and playing an active role in the lesson itself which is all part of the learning process.

• All swimmers, aged 3 and younger, and those not yet potty trained, are REQUIRED to wear the Happy Nappy Duo whenever in a Nitro pool.
• Swim diapers are an integral part of keeping our water safe at all times.
• Happy Nappy Duo's are long-lasting, reliable and provide an antibacterial "Silver" layer to help kill pathogens.

Please go to the check-in station and let us know you're here for class. Once you're checked in, please take a seat in the Viewing Room - a deck supervisor will call your class five minutes before to line up for attendance.

Our group lessons classes are 30 minutes long. Adult lessons are 45 minutes.

The water is kept at 88 degrees to maximize comfort and enhance learning

Nitro 1 guarantees 3:1 ratios, and Nitro 2 is 4:1.

As an added layer of protection, we ask that all parents to remain in the building and view lesson from one of our designated areas.

This is a normal behavior in a new environment, we have found that it can take more than a few exposures before they feel comfortable.

All accounts are drafted on the 20th of each month to pay for the upcoming month.

Withdrawal forms must be received by the 15th or your account will be billed for the following month . Example: If you wish to withdraw at the end of December, withdrawal forms are due by December 15th. In order to withdraw you must login to the Nitro App or on the Customer Portal online.

• Fill out our Contact form or fill out a 'Nitrogram' located in our viewing rooms and hand it in at front desk
• Speak to a deck supervisor before or after your class.

Nitro's pools are grounded and protected from any potential lightning surges. Of course one should always exercise caution during stormy weather, but you can count on us being open and running classes and practices in all kinds of weather unless you hear otherwise. In the event of a closing, we would have our voicemail message updated as well as Facebook page notifying of the closure. In the event of a tornado warning, we would exit the pools and seek shelter in the internal changing rooms until it was deemed safe to continue classes.
