The COR (City of Richardson) Winter Classic is a meet that Nitro attends annually. This year Nitro didn’t participate in any relays, and yet we still won the entire meet! From the Advanced Silver group up to the National Group, there were 120 swimmers representing Nitro at this meet and each and every one of those swimmers showed up and contributed. Nitro was represented in almost every single event at finals and walked away with numerous first place finishes as well. There were new AA and AAA standards, STAGS cuts, TAGS cuts, Sectional cuts, NCSA Jr. National cuts, and Futures cuts achieved between all of these groups and swimmers. It was a great meet to be a part of and was special to watch from the side of the pool as a coach. Thanks for making this meet special Nitro!
